Trail Mix Bites
- chocolate (I used semi-sweet choc. chips)
- pumpkin seeds
- dried cranberries
Get a baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Melt your chocolate and spoon about a tablespoon of chocolate on to the tray. Push an almond, some pumpkin seeds, and a cranberry into the chocolate and let it set. Or you could put them in the fridge if you're impatient like me.
Gotta love trail mix that's mostly chocolate! Enjoy!
